Question about shots

Hello, I'm currently caring for a 7 year old german shepherd who's owner was unable to take her when they moved. Unfortunately it's a burdon financially on me so i'm looking into german shepherd rescues/adoptions to try and find her a good home. I've been told that I need to have her fixed and up to date on shots. The owner has told me that she's unsure what shots she's had, but she knows she had the originaly shots when she was a puppy.
So my question is, at 7, what shots does she need and could you give an approximate price range? Also how much would it cost to have her spayed?
Any answers you can help with is greatly appreciated!

Every dog should get a DHPP vaccine and a Corona vaccine once a year. they should receive a bordatella vaccine every six months. Rabies Vaccine for dogs is every 3 years in California. If you live in an area that has deer ticks you should receive a yearly Lyme disease vaccine. For the DHPP, Corona, Bordatella and Rabies you are looking at $44.00.
I also recommend that once a year you have a wellness exam for your pet. Remember dogs age faster then humans so a yearly exam for your pet is comparable to you getting an exam every three years.
Prices for spay (ovarian hysterectomy) depends on the weight, age and health of the pet. It is best to contact the office so they can discuss this with you.
