Dr. Cong LiVeterinarian
Dr. Li had a keen interest in pets as a boy. His childhood was filled with numerous dogs, cats, rabbits and fish. He was born and raised in China. He was a veterinary graduate of China Agricultural University and trained at the University of Guelph at Canada. He started chasing his American dream in 2012 and successfully completed ECFVG and NAVLE in 2017. His career included one year in emergency medicine in Michigan and two years in general practices in Texas. California became his destination in 2020.
In the clinic, he is interested in small animal surgery and emergency medicine, and strives to excel in these areas. In his spare time, he likes bicycling, fishing and mountain climbing.
Dr. Ani SefildzhianVeterinarian
Since she was little, Dr. Sefildzhian always knew that she wanted to work with animals. She grew up right here in the valley and in high school she was involved in many agricultural projects. She went to Pierce College and was an active member of the Pre-Veterinary Club and from there, she transferred to CSU Chico and received a bachelor's degree in Microbiology. She went to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at Michigan State University. As a recent graduate, she still looks forward to learning and perfecting her skills while providing great care.
Her interests include surgery, preventative care, and client education. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Nicholas HoffmanVeterinarian
Dr. Hoffman first showed an interest in veterinary medicine in elementary school which expanded to a general interest in science and technology throughout his formative years in Northern California. He attended The University of Connecticut where he studied Animal Sciences, Pathobiology, Pre-Veterinary Sciences, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory and Composition. He attended The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2016. He began his career in Upstate New York in preventative and general medicine for a year followed by a year of emergency and urgent care. Dr. Hoffman moved back to California in 2018 where he practiced general and preventative medicine for a year and a half and eight months in dentistry-exclusive practice before joining Mission Vet in early 2021.
His professional interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, dermatology, and preventative medicine. He spends his free time with his wife, a practicing integrative medicine veterinarian in Los Angeles, and his furbabies. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, music, movies, and video games.
